KKWD is the station that's actually being sold. It was just WWLS-FM when Citadel filed the application. If you actually read the current application, the calls have been corrected. As for what happens with Animal's simulcast, I suspect it stays on 97.9, though Citadel could conceivably change it. When a station is put into a trust, it's not able to simulcast a station in the cluster it just left unless the trust LMA's or takes over the simulcast station. They have to be operated completely separately. I suspect that's part of why Citadel put Wild over there; I'm sure it was a lot easier to just move a format to 104.9 as opposed to bankrolling the trustee's effort to find a new format. However, what they'll do with the WKY/KINB simulcast is anyone's guess.
