Citadel Streaming!

Citadel is now streaming most, if not all of their stations, including Binghamton.

You have to sign up using your (an) e-mail address. You can opt out from (obvious) junk mail during the process. I couldn't get it to work from the original link, and ended up at eonstreams.com. I had to click on the Citadel logo and open a new player before I could get anything other than endless buffering.

The music quality is decent on a high-speed connection. There are virtually NO COMMERCIALS, except for visuals on the player. You can even purchase music directly from the player.

The good news is that out-of-market guys who used to work in the Triple Cities can get a taste of what's going on there today.

If you're on the air, it means that people worldwide can hear what you're up to. That makes it harder for a "bad day" to go unnoticed. It also means that somebody in a bigger market who's looking for talent can hear what you REALLY sound like on a day-to-day basis instead of hearing snippets from an aircheck. That is the proverbial "double-edged sword".

Good Luck, and HAVE FUN!
