Citadel Trying to Renogitiate ABC Purchase

Farid's trying to redo the deal with ABC.

Citadel's stock has declined so much that a clause that gives Disney more cash looks like it will kick in. Farid is looking to renegotiate the debt financing, and revaluate the ABC stations because of poor performance.

"The performance of the ABC stations is not where it was expected to be," Citadel's chief executive Farid Suleman said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal. "Some of the financing commitments have to be redone."

Is this deal about to come unglued and cast upon the dust heap of history? Nothing would make me and a bunch of ABC/Disney folks very very very happy!!!!!! I'm sure! KGO in San Francisco especially!
