What is the status of the cp for City Radio in Zionsville? Shouldn't the station be on by now?

Sorry for the delay...signing in is now mandatory before one can reply and signing
in is quite a chore....it took me a few days to get the new system down.

So, with that over, let me add to this thread that WITT FM 91.9 Zionsville/Indy,
Central Indiana's Voice for Many Voices, is now hoping that early April will be the
first broadcast. The new antenna could be ordered as early as next week. The
antenna company in Maine will take about 7 weeks to build and test it. Then
it will be delivered to WITT. Much of the installation of the new antenna and
the installation of the transmitter will depend upon the weather.

The goal is to be up and running, at least at half power until the FCC grants the
full license, by mid-April. I am told that licensing can take a few weeks or longer.
But once it is issued then WITT can boost the transmitter to full power of 6kw.

Exciting times for us at WITT and hopefully many in the community will feel
the excitement too and also visit the website www.919witt.org and make
a donation in whatever amount possible.
