Civil Air Patrol On 148.500 MHz

Hello There,
I live in Chicago and I monitor the CAP on 148.500 MHz.
The only thing I hear is the Red Fox Net doing their nightly roll call at around 7pm CST.
And I hear them on the air Monday through Friday at 7pm CST weekly.

Of corse I'm at work during the daytime, so I don't get a chance to monitor them
however I do have a question about their broadcast!

How many time a day or week that the Red Fox Net do their roll call?
and do they do anything else beside their nightly roll call?

Correction The Frequency is 148.150 MHz - Not 148.500...
