Should CJNT sold to Roger Media? Since Rogers media only owns Multicultral TV license? Also, can Montreal supports fully-license English TV?
 
It might do better with Rogers, yes. I'm not sure that a bunch of translated E! content should qualify as serving the multicultural community of Montreal.

They already support CBMT and CFCF, and CKMI to an extent. I don't see why Montreal can't support three full English stations.
