I just recently visited Montreal. I can tell you that this station is very weak the city. I herd a mixture of French, English, Greek, and Arabic programming. What is this station about and where is the signal transmitting from. It is one of the weakest station in Montreal.
 
I can tell you that the station is on air. It has a mixed of different ethnic languages. I.E. Hindi, Greek, Arabic....etc. but their signal is horrible throughout Montreal. It easy to received this station in NDG, Montreal-Nord, Hamstead, Laval, and its hard to received this station in downtown, Latin Quarter, Westmound, Longueuil...etc.
