Does anybody knows the status for this french religous station? Have they applied for 650 AM freqency? Is there a problem using the 650am frequency?

AM 650 and two other stations (1400 and 1410) were denied last Friday. CRTC said the technical facilities didn't support the claimed service areas. (and suggested one or more of these applications could be approved if they modified their technical parameters & tried again)

AM 650 was a daytime-only application, I wonder if the CRTC really wants to authorize new daytime stations?
