True, and I don't have a problem with an employment lawsuit if it is legitimate. I say again, if it is legitimate. Most of these class action suits these days are not. They are simply people whining because they didn't get their way or they spilled hot coffee on themselves, yet it's the restaurant's fault.
I agree with you on another point as well...if you don't like Clear Channel, don't apply. It's that simple.
I have been fired by Clear Channel once, and I am now in my second stint with the company if that says anything. Personally, I like working for them, but I accept the risks as one should with ANY radio company. This business is unstable regardless of for whom we work.
All of that said...I have not read what the lawsuit is concerning, so my opinion of the case is not yet formed.
