Class A's in Top 10 's Top 10

WPZE has consistently been in the "top 10" 6+ Atlanta (#9) Arbitron. 102.5 is a class A. Are there any other Class A's in the top 10 Markets that are in the top 10 6+?

I don't know but off hand I don't think so. However, it is interesting to note in market 132 Palm Springs the top 4 stations are class A's; KUNA, KLOB,KKUU,and KRCK. We do have a number of class B"s in the market too>

I should have checked the Northeast markets better, There is not that much difference in a "B" and an "A" tower height wise (200 feet)*. Those markets are "smaller" area wise so an "A" would stand a chance.

I know FM antenna height is usually thought of as more important than power, except power helps with building penetration and near space signals.

Before the advent of PPM, Portland had a Class C3(1.6KW @ 386 meters HAAT)top the market. Most of the other stations range from C1 to C so it's quite an accomplishment but no A.
