CLASS from Seattle radio/TV

Very nice to see a statement from Seattle TV & Radio (incl. KOMO-AM) that they will NOT be hounding the Knox family in West Seattle. Airport coverage pooled from KIRO-TV chopper, and the intent is to honor family wishes and give them some space.

Just when you thought the media had completely lost it's soul and heart.....

The pool copter thing is probably along the lines of the FAA not wanting several choppers in the same airspace as commercial jets taking off and landing.

Totally right about the backing off in West Seattle, glad they made that decision.

That even made the Canadian news. But seriously, her family literally put up everything they had for all those trips to Italy and paying for Amanda's defense. That is NOT easy. As tacky as it may very well be, there may be only one (however flagrantly exploitative) hope for them to keep everybody paid off.

It's hard to say that, but this is what radio has come DOWN to.........

The up-front disclaimer is that this is none of my bid'ness .... BUT ... I'm hoping that once the legal/travel costs are recovered that some of the net will be shared with the Kercher family. Just seems like the ethical thing to do.

Talked to a friend from KOMO. Told me a part timer at Star was the first to greet Kurt Knox at his home. Pretty funny.
