Classic Country in DFW

Why not???? I'd put it on the Twister's frequency and try to double up like KASE/KVET in Austin. Are they scared to bleed ANYTHING at all from KSCS??? 95.9 the Ranch and 95.3 KHYI dabble in the classics...but are not full market signals. Dallas is a big, cosmopolitan city....but it's still smack dab in the middle of Texas. A classic country audience would have the same buying power as Oldies.

I agree

In Houston "Country Legends 97.1" has been a very nice success the past three years on a rimshot signal that had seen numerous failures with prior formats. 96.7 in DFW would seem to be a perfect fit for Classic Country, as it has many of the same dynamics working for it as 97.1 in Houston.
