Classic Hit Songs transformed into a commercial (We Quilt This City)

“Two and Half Men” - as you probably know, Charlie’s job was a commercial jingle composer
I actually didn't know that (I've never watched the show).

Anyway, I just found another one:

This time, it's a Dr. Marty's Dog Food commercial, and it's set in the pet food aisle of a supermarket with a distant, almost vaporwave-like rendition of Percy Faith's "Theme from 'A Summer Place'" (a #1 hit for 9 weeks in 1960). Thankfully, it sounds like they used the original recording (or something very similar to it), which seems to be otherwise unaltered.

I like the Village People and always have, but I don't want to claim Trump has good taste in music. It is disco, after all.

I remember hearing "In the Navy" on the radio when coming home when I was in high school. I don't know whether that was my first time hearing them.
"In The Navy" was their third major radio hit. First was "Macho Man", followed by "YMCA".

I’m not 100 percent sure but newer Marshall’s (clothing chain store) commercial sounds like Stevie Nicks’ “Edge of Seventeen “ in background. A remix or different version.
