I live in RocklinIf you live in the south area of town or Elk Grove you can hear KVGC's translator on 96.5 that has a similar format as the now defunct KCCL. KVGC is in Jackson. Closer to downtown that frequency is taken over by KUBU-LP.
They have a potent signal for 99 watts on Mt. Zion. I pick them up all the way to Watt and Hwy 16 very well.
