Classic R&B on 101.1 in Providence

I was checking the AM and FM dial when not listening to SiriusXM and found a station playing one of my favorite kinds of music. Most likely a pirate, but I know WBRU wants to get 101.1 so I am not sure if it is being tested. No station name, DJs, announcements, or commercials, just 70's and 80's R&B. Sometimes dead air for a while, then music again, and broadcasting in stereo. I love classic R&B and have never heard a station in Providence play anything like this. There is a slight humming sound in the background sometimes. I was getting it fairly well between Cranston and Johnston, and it's a great mix of classic R&B, funk, and soul. It came in better going toward Providence.
 
Arrr! The station could be broadcasting from the same tower as the 97.1 Haitian pirate in Olneyville or a tower very close to it. Turning Left on Westminster St. from Route 10 and on the left after Freeway Car Wash, there is flat roof brick building and a little further down is a flat roof house. They both have an antenna on the roof that looks like a transmitter. The interference from 101.1 on the adjacent frequencies 100.9 and 101.3 was strongest near this location. A noticeable humming sound in the background and all classic R&B, which seems to be on a looped recording or playlist because I noticed songs in a certain order that was heard before. There is about a 5 to 10 second second pause between each song but that's it, all music, nothing else.
