Classic Rock Heard On 88.9 FM from Queens

I'm hearing Classic Rock with no IDs even on the Top of the hour on 88.9 FM from South Queens. Anyone have any idea what station this could be ? I'm using a portable Sangean PR-D8 which has excellent reception.

Chances are it's either a pirate or someone's Sirius radio or even someone's computer or MP3 player hooked up to a Part 15 transmitter :)

oh yes that would explain it...thanks.

Could have been WSIA from Staten Island too. Only 11 watts but up at 630 feet, it gets out surprisingly well.
