Classic shows online

Whenever I surf the net I have CBS.com popping open a window wanting me to watch one of the shows they offer. One of these shows is Star Trek TOS. The question I have (though I think I know the answer) is are these episodes uncut? They run with commercial breaks but because they don't need to be limited to 60 minutes (like broadcast tv) can they run the entire 52 minute episode with commercials and have it run as long as it takes?

And if so how would this affect the sub-nets like Antenna and Me (and cable chs like TV Land) who need to cut to keep 30/60 minute time blocks?

I think they (online eps) are uncut episodes and may force broadcast/cable to figure out how to do the same with extended blocks. Maybe not now, but when online showings get as popular as watching old school. :)
