Classic TV Themes Used in Commercials

I saw it shortly before 8:00 on a recent Thursday evening, so I joked that Cheers was coming on! ;D Heard it again right before 8:30, so I joked that it was the closing credits! ;D Since I liked Night Court when it was on, I joked that it was next! ;D

The Tide commercial with Kelly Ripa uses the theme from "Bewitched". Also, the original promos for "The Simple Life" with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie used the theme from "Green Acres".

Although not a full-length theme the new spots from Buick are using what sounds like Doo-Wop background.

I remember a Burger King commercial in the late 90s used The Jeffersons theme song to promote their new burger at the time and if I recall, I remember a car company promoting an SUV used The Ady Griffith them if I am not mistaken.

One of the other threads brought up Earle Hagen - the great TV theme composer (Andy Griffith, Dick Van Dyke, I Spy, many others).

I've noticed that the Mod Squad theme (written by Hagen) is everywhere - on commercials, on radio for bridge music, etc. NPR likes to use it when they want music that expresses urgency or suspense.
