Classical 90.7 FM now gone

I've just came back from overseas and discovered the Tijuana station at 90.7 FM is now gone. I can hear KPFK from L.A. now.

Will the radio station come back on with a new format or is the FM station gone for good?

Last time I was in San Diego (Labor Day wknd).

XHLNC 104.9 and 90.3 have different program schedule.

Is 90.7 fm gone officially?

From what I understand, the Mexican government, which owns 90.7 will be usuing that frequency for another station sometime in the future. It sucks because I love listening to KPFK, the only decent station to listen to anymore
