Clear Channel and the fake PI CODES

Whats up with Clear Channel having fake PI:codes? PI:codes are part of the RDBS (RDS) that lists call letters on your radio i.e. if you tune to 93.1 in Los Angeles it will show KCBS or 100.3 in Los Angeles it will show KSWD on your radio. With the clear channel stations they should bogus call letters for example, San Francisco 94.9, it shows KCCF instead of KYLD and 101.3 shows KCMU instead of KIOI. Does your clear channel stations shows the wrong PI code?
