Clear Channel Bismarck Stations for sale...

Has anyone heard any news on the sale of the Bismarck Clear Channel cluster?
I've heard rumblings about Salem and Chris Devine's group... any word?

If Salem buys them, maybe they can bring The Padre's Platters back to KFYR! :D

Clear Channel just spun a ton of stations off to Chris Devine's Blue Point Media for $45.7 Million. KLTC-AM in Dickinson was a part of that package!

No, it wasn't.

KLTC-FM near Missoula, MT - part of the CC-Missoula cluster - was.

A few trades reported KLTC-AM in error. It was KLTC-FM.

Hey, don't shoot the messenger... I got that info from Radio & Records:

KFYR hasn't been the same since the days of Tom Turcotte, Dan Brannon, Bob Bitz, Brian Bennett, Duane Hauge, Bruce Taylor, John Ruby, and Gary Stone. Stone used to run the "Stone Groove" from six to midnight. What in the hell is a "stone grove". He didn't seem to last too long "in the groove show".
