Clear Channel Burlington sold!!

The Burlington cluster (including 102.1 Randolph & 92.1 Westport) are going to be a part of the deal with GoodRadio. It's been confirmed inside the building. Those are the people buying 187 CC stations across 36 markets for $482 mil. No surprise here as most everyone thought that the prices CC wanted would need a corporate buyer with deep pockets. So what's next for the group at Fort Ethan Allen? Probably more corporate crap as this company will try and save money and maximize revenues to justify their inflated purchase price. I wouldn't be surprsied to see some shake-ups in the building because there's several properties not performing well with ratings or revenue. It's a good possibility there will be changes in both programming and sales.

Let the fun begin!
