Clear Channel deal in Jeopardy

just saw a CNBC news brief that was called "the state of radio" .. talked about declining market share, declining revenues, etc.... in addition it posted a Memo that clear channel sent to management... as of 2/1... no new research expenses, no new hires, to name a few. and that the deal of taking it private maybe in jeopardy caus the stock price is now 10 bucks below the offering price. i would consider seeking other employment folks.. not lookin good.
