Yes, receptionist's name is Mary Higgins and has been there for years. Now, they probably have sales assts. rotate to answer phones and you know what a burden that is for the girls and the sales staff.

The answer is Nein as in Sam Nein from CC Orlando where he was DOS under Linda Byrd. Highly regarded and someone who has sat on a number of committees for John Hogan. He's very intense yet well respected.
