I had seen a few of these pop up on various "radio station stream directory" sites & streaming audio player forums (such as on reciva, com), but when I searched for a different URL by using one of the links I had found as a "template" (changing the call letters, for example), it brought me to this treasure trove of all the iheartradio URLs via iphone as of 12/4/2010:
http://pastebin.com/YYamKGgr
While maybe not the "holy grail", as some of these links have been available for awhile in various places and it's fairly easy to access these through the smartphone iheartradio apps, this is the only complete list I've found. It includes videos, corporate channels, premiere channels, digital channels & radio channels. As the list was posted on 12/4/10, it doesn't include channel links switched or deleted due to recent format changes, station movements to/from the Aloha Trust and station sales/purchases that have happened such as in Albany, NY, Austin, TX, Fresno, CA, Norfolk, VA, San Jose, CA, Salisbury, MD/Wilmington, DE & Syracuse, NY.
Also beware of a few of the format descriptions; look at the station brands/slogans carefully before passing on a channel - it may not fit the format description. There are about 5-10 of these, possibly due to format changes or just mistakes. A few are listed as "Other" - these are mostly "Rhythmic Oldies"
A couple of interesting ones: KIIS-FM Los Angeles is listed as "CHR-Rhythmic" (not terribly surprising) and KKSF-FM San Francisco is listed as "Oldies-Nostalgia" - even back in December that's probably what Clear Channel had in mind for "103.7 The Band" as it would transition from (I'd guess you'd call it) "Classic Rock Hits" to "Oldies/Classic Hits".
The national channel list starts on line 29 (after the video links).
The station/affiliate list starts on line 70. (There are a few national Digital Channels mixed in.)
Using WKQQ-FM Lexington, KY as an example, the layout is:
70. &site=LEXINGTON-KY&affiliate=wkqq-fm&market=LEXINGTON-KY&format=ROCKACTIVE WKQQ-FM The Rock
Station 0 http://www.iheartradio.com/cc-common/iphone/images/v2_live/IHR_wkqq.png 100.1
WKQQ 1844 http://www.wkqq.com http://wkqq-fm.akacast.akamaistream.net/7/630/34116/v1/auth.akacast.akamaistream.net/wkqq-fm rtsp://a1053.l3411623052.c34116.n.lq.akamaistream.net:554/D/1053/34116/v0001/reflector:23052.sdp
site (location); affiliate (call letters/channel ID); market; format; call letters; channel brand/slogan; iheartradio channel image address; frequency - short brand/slogan; numeric ID; channel's website address; streaming URL address; rtsp streaming address (when available).
The method of sorting seems to be based (loosely) on a combination of the numeric/alpha description of the channel's frequency - short brand/slogan within each listing. If you're searching by frequency & you don't see a particular frequency/channel in a grouping, scroll down further as the frequencies will repeat themselves (over and over).
It's best to copy/paste the stream URLs into the "Open URL" (Winamp), "Open Stream" (iTunes) and "Open File From Clipboard" (VLC Media) dialog boxes on the various media players; if you try to save/download the files, they take forever (maybe never?) to download. A majority of the AM station streams are 40 kbps, 44.1 khz, mono. A majority of the FM station streams are 64 kbps, 44.1 khz, stereo.
