Clear Channel layoffs and Metro merger

The original Radio-Info story said three traffic people in Phoenix were among those laid off at Clear Channel today. Anyone know what's going on? Also, might Metro be leaving Scottsdale for the Clear Channel building?
 
They laid off 700 nationally, including approx. 10 people at "Metro" today (formerly Metro/Westwood One, now CC.) And they haven't announced plans to move to VB yet...but why keep the Scotts location? Why pay Scotts rent?
