Clear Channel Premium Choice CHR's that mess up

95.7 Kiss FM in Wheeling, WV will often play the wrong voicetracks to the wrong titles, liners misfire during the middle of a song, etc. Tonight during the Saturday Night Online with Romeo a liner has been firing about every minute or so for the past hour. Doesn't anyone monitor the station?
