Clear Channel Premium Choice with Urban Radio?

I know Clear Channel offers 'Premium Choice' to many major formats such as CHR, do they have it for Urban Radio?
 
I know Q-93 in New Orleans airs Premium Choice programming during certain parts of the weekend. I tuned in one Saturday evening via the internet and heard Tony Sculfield from WGCI voicetracking. It was odd hearing him on that station, knowing he's from Chicago and all...
 
Here in Savannah WQBT 94.1 the beat is Premium choice.

12-6am m-fri

2-6 am Sat

almost 24 hrs Sun.

I don't think Power 99 is Premium Choice piped in. I think it is Actually the HUB of it for Urban.

Yea, Savannah's 94.1 The Beat is overloaded with it. 99.3 THE BEAT in Panama City, FL along with 101.1 The Beat in Nashville, TN also has CC's Premium Choice.
