So clear channel has gone private now, Excuse my ignorance to the magnitude of this situation, but what does that mean?
 
so what does this mean for all of there stations? will they be sold off?

No. The new private group that owns CC now owns the stations and will run them. A few may still be sold off, but not most.
 
It means that any remaining station employee's will be fired. They may keep about a dozen or so on hand to voice track all their stations.
 
wow why didn't they just do that before? and the banks that funded this buyout how will they get there return without clear channel selling a bulk of there lot to pay off the loan?
