Clear Channel sell-off / Sussex?

So, Clear Channel announced that it's selling everything under market 100 (Reading, Lancaster, PA, etc.), but every list that I've seen that details all of their small and unrated market stations does not include their Sussex, NJ, properties (market #246) - WSUS, WNNJ-AM/FM, and WHCY? I'm guessing yes, but are they on the block, too?

1.it just makes sence due to all the z100 programing it runs
2.what i said before it just makes profit and has been making more money since the fall of wdha
3.the biggest is well.....clear channel put out a list of what was for sale and sussex wasnt on it!

'profitable' is not something i'd call the sussex market, especially not lately. well it might be profitable but cc certainly is doing their best to make it look like its not.

hmmm lets do some quick math bill 4million per year pay jocks 25k for the top jocks and 15k for the bottom....seems like a money maker to me

Thanksfully, Clear Channel really hasn't done too much damage to the Sussex market.

WSUS still has the local and small town radio sound to it.

WNNJ is as bland as ever, Max 106.3 isn't too bad, and Oldies 1360 is pretty good (but they have a pretty weak signal).

4 mil? no way. sus and nnj may be bill a million each, and then you have hcy and oldies? and that brings in 4 mil? not a chance. id guess half that plus dont forget operating costs for the franklin building. plus listen to all the ads they have on the air for positions. its a revolving door there. if its making money they wouldnt always be looking for sales reps.

theyd be jumping for joy if they billed 4 mil.
