Clear Channel Starts Pizza Delivery

Clear Channel has found a way to obtain new revenue for its flagging
radio station empire: pizza delivery.

Trucks bearing the "Clear Channel Pizza" logo have been spotted
in the parking lot to the east of the Clear Channel San Diego
World Domination Headquarters on Granite Ridge Dr.

Former managers and workers from Pizza Hit, Domino's Pizza,
Papa John's, Oggi's, Pat and Oscars, and many other pizza
places were hired away from their respective places of employment
with the promise that their pay would be "substantially improved"
over what they were earning at their previous job.

A pizza parlor was erected on the north side of the Clear Channel parking
lot specially designed only for pizza delivery. No carryouts or dineins are
accopanied.

Clear Channel Pizza plans to offer outrageously cheap pricing,
such as a 16 inch pizza with a 2 liter of Coke for just $9.99.

It was a short-lived experiment because their customers just would not go for Clear Channel's idea that they could sell pizza with no cheese or tomato sauce. Customers said it as just "bread" but CC insisted it was "lean, mean, efficient" pizza.

Well, Bob, with the "Less Is More" you could pay for one pizza and receive a half-pie at no extra cost.

I heard that, to save money, they decided to only bake one pizza, and then deliver different pieces of it to different people in different cities, and call it "the pizza prophet." ;D
