Clear Channel Station Outage on XM Radio

I heard that all of Clear Channel's music and talk stations on XM Radio were down for several hours on Tuesday, and that annoying music loop was played! Has anyone heard what's up with that?

Not the first time it's happened, no big deal. And I'm sure that the satellite radio streams are the lowest of priorities for Clear Channel.
 
I would wager a problem with the stream going to SiriusXM... It could have been on either side...
