Clear Channel to Launch Comedy Station at Noon

The new 24/7 Comedy will be on the 92.3 translator, which has been a simulcast of WGST-AM.

That signal of course is not the greatest. The closer you are to the transmitter, the greater the chance you will be laughing.

Yea....the jury is still out on that. Depending on what consultants think is funny, it will be just another signal for me not to listen to.

Any clue what 92.3 will translate...
94.9 hd2 is still Religious "IBN" and Hd3 is still 640 Espn Deportes
96.1 hd2 is still Project
96.7 hd2 is hard for me to format..i assume 105.7 hd2 is the same
105.3 has no hd2 now

Like I said before, the irony in all of this is a musical comedy......... ::) :p :p :p......

Espn Deportes leaves HD radio and 94.9 HD3 flips to comedy 24/7 and is translated on analog 92.3

I thought many of the CC stations in the Atlanta market already program comedy :-X

I'm in Lawrenceville near Briscoe Field. I'm picking up WMOQ from Monroe on 92.3. I laughed a little.

Any station that's owned by Clear Channel already deserves the title the "Comedy Channel". CC is a joke.

Then how come they're the biggest station owner and the biggest syndicator in the country?

That's a good question. Maybe it's a really BIG joke. :D

Haven't had a chance to turn on a set (AM or FM) in two days. Are the keeping ESPN Deportes on 640 AM?
