Clear Channel Williamsport changes

Since there are so many layoffs relating to Clear Channel across the country, I wonder if their Williamsport cluster are affected by the move. Also, it might be possible for CC to put their stations up for sale since the market is small and is 50 miles west of the main media market(Scr/W-B).

CC Williamsport is for sale.

"Clear Channel also said it plans to sell 448 of its radio stations, all located outside the top 100 markets, as well as its 42-station television group, which are also located in smaller markets. Collectively the properties made up less than 10 percent of the company's revenues last year."

My initial thought would be that local money has an interest in buying CC in Williamsport, but time has the final say.

THere are some people who have been in that building a very long time. CC has not hesitated in throwing long time vets to the street in other markets. I'd be very concerned. It's a shame.
