Clear Channel's player STINKS!

I am always having trouble with Clear Channel's player streams. I keep getting "We're sorry but this media appears to be unavailable." I followed their help screen instructions but still get that damn message. When is this company going to go bankrupt so that that player is diminished? No that's not why I'm posting. How do I fix this??
 
yeah the backdoor player that i used to get the streams to record is now gone and now redirects to the new sucky player, I was pissed when i found out
 
I have five five other streaming player apps on my iPhone (counting major league baseball's). Clear Channel's "I heart radio" has more bugs than the other four combined. And it sounds worse.
 
If you're talking about the players on their websites, I believe you have to use Explorer, and I don't think you can have the newest version.
