Clear Channel's websites are down.

As of this writing at 2:10pm many (if not all) of Clear Channels websites are down. Hartford, Boston, NYC.... they're all down.

Who is their hosting company? Do they use their own server site?
 
Well, the CC websites are (as of 7:50 P.M. EST) "up and running" again.

It's an HTML command called <blink>blink</blink>.
