All Access reports that Joanne Aloi is out as VP/Market Mgr. at Clear Channel/Binghamton. Could this be a move toward clustering of Clear Channel properties in CNY? There was speculation a while ago about Rochester & Syracuse falling under a single overseer. Kevin Legrett was hired by CC-Rochester, and has experience as a regional VP for Citadel with responsibility for Buffalo, Syracuse, Binghamton, and Erie. Since he cut his teeth in Rochester, could they be thinking of cutting costs by making him czar of Rochester, Syracuse, and Binghamton?
