Clearing message buffer on SAGE Digital?

When doing weekly inspections at transmitter sites I attach the EAS logs to the daily transmitter logs and now I'm wondering about clearing the message buffer at the SAGE panel....

There appears to be no option to clear individual messages from the front panel; so what options have been discussed regarding delivery of the data across company lines if a new message is recorded while other individuals might not have a record due the the timeliness... ?

I imagine the corp view will be to clear the buffer and make the paper records......... but, but, but?

I never clear the buffer, because it takes care of itself anyway. Back in the old days, if the printer would run out of paper I would go under the Alerts menu and reprint what I missed from there...the old alerts cache usually held 40 alerts give or take. On the Digital Sage I would think the message buffer is a bit larger but unless you had boo-coo storm warnings day after day I would think you'd have enough saved alerts cache to last week to week.

I have a number of the new digital ENDECs I'm getting ready to install and wonder if anyone has tried using one gmail account to send emails from numerous ENDECs? Goal is to have all the EAS activity available in one 'sent' gmail folder. Other option is to have perhaps 6-10 different gmail addresses but I'd like to have it all in 1 place if that will work.

Don't know about the Sage's but the DAS-DEC's seem to have no problem sharing one G-Mail account. I'd expect the sage versions to do it too...

Also had both my Sages e-mail me--for a while. Suspect it's the e-mail provider, had problem with them before using some flaky German company that liked to black-list anything and everything at random.

But--apart from that--I see no reason why you couldn't have any number of Sages e-mailing a single account.

"Message buffer"?--you mean the log storage? It's supposed to be able to store some large number of entries before it starts deleting the older ones. I print the logs off monthly for the file. You do have to use the date range & print preview to avoid chopping off listings since, for some reason, it won't let you print more than a page at a time. Never tried a local printer--didn't have one compatible with the installed driver sets.
