That whole think is hilarious! That is better writing than what can be found on a TV drama like the good wife. There is a stoy life that will show up on one of those shows.

I was fascinated by this trial at first, but the more I read about it, the more you realize it's just two guys that hate each other wasting a lot of people's time in court, including their own. MJ has two goals with this trial: Shut Bubba up, and make him go broke defending himself. That's it. It's not about standing up for his family, it's his only way of picking a fight.
If someone/people at the Diaco firm hadn't been fools (the paralegal alone, or anyone else enticing the drunk Campbell) and just stayed away from Campbell at the bar, the mini-trial and post trial hearings would be over and this case would be done and gone.

And that's the thing, I don't expect him to read it. Everyone is bring heat on the BRN, and like 'em or not, they're the DEFENDANT - not the other way around. Just amazes me how someone who does this for a living thinks it's okay to bring a slap suit because of a ratings drop, and then doesn't realize the magnitude of of this shit-storm that will follow if he gets his way.
