Cleveland March PPMs

From what I saw on this site, a few observations:

WDOK is tops, meaning the music, jock and image revamped worked. I wouldn't be surprised if all dayparts, including Middays and Nights, ranked first or top three. They do sound more Hot AC-ish.

The Fan seems to be back over the 100,000 cume mark. Ratings not spactular, but decent, more so now that WKNR is not listed.

All the Salem stations are not listed, and neither is WERE.

The Wave is doing really well compared to when they were "V". They're rising more and more and nipping at WZAK's audience. Speaking of WZAK, they're slipping.

WQAL is also down, but still top five in cume. WAKS, though, is up. Maybe 'QAL possibly going CHR might boost that station. WENZ is up in ratings too.

Interesting to see how the absent stations did when thrown into the mix.

Ratings info less interesting since Arbitron isn't listing those stations who don't pay. And, mix in the fact that ARB doesn't count satellite, and online in their listening figures makes radio ratings even less interesting. I remember the day when the local papers had radio columns, and columnists, and would report the audience info, and it would be of interest to people inside and outside the industry.

Just another way that Arbitron is becoming less relevant in an industry that's doing the same.
