Cleveland markets peak

New York and L.A. have always been the two biggest markets, as I recall. At its peak, how far up the Top 10 did Cleveland, Ohio get, and when?

LA hasn't always been the #2 market. Chicago isn't called the Second City for nothing.

As for Cleveland, I want to say 12th, maybe? Sometime in the late '60's, praps?
