interesting...clearly PPM does pick up events as Christmas was berry berry good to 'DOK.....

but take a look at 'ZAK.....very low cume but close to the same share as the station above and below....

lot's o long listening.......i think the chr's better take notice........

especially if it happens two measurements in a row.......i THINK it's the same PPM panel.....

thoughts ?
 
People say PPM is not friendly to Smooth Jazz.. but looking at 107.3's numbers in the PPM I don't think they did too badly... Yes i know its only the first book under PPM but to drop a format that quickly? I hope they didn't make a mistake.
 
Yes it is the same panel every month. You will see about a 9% to 10% churn month to month as some people come out of the panel and others come in. Finally in radio it is not a weekly measurement. When there's a dramatic change we can finally see changes almost overnight such as format flips, personality changes, Xmas music, etc.
