Cleveland Radio September Ratings

I listened to that album. What a snoozefest, not a catchy tune on it anywhere. I was even thinking that there wasn't a tune on it that was worthy of radio airplay.
It was nice that they got together again after 40 years, but I was disappointed. The only tune I liked was Just a Notion which was actually an old song from the 70s that was never released.

Excluding Ringo Starr, who I didn't even know was still producing songs, I'm not interested in any of the other artists that you've mentioned. The only song from Weezer that's in my collection is Beverly Hills, although that came out back in 2005.

I mostly listen to soft rock and some pop music that I grew up with, though I do listen to a few select songs from Alternative bands from back in the day, such as In The End (Linkin Park), Wake Me Up When September Ends (Green Day), Ain't It Fun (Paramore), and a few others.
Check out Weezer's remake of Toto's "Africa". It was a hit and it is very good (imho).

Other current groups with worthy music include: Imagine Dragons, The Dirty Heads do an entertaining reggae-based cover of Joe Walsh's "Life's Been Good", The Orphan Poet's fun "Feelin' Good (But Could Be Better)". Also check out the moving song "Home" by Blue October, and since you have interest in some Alternative groups, the latest song by Blink-182, titled "Edging" is hot (imho).

RINGO STARR... has put out lots of good music throughout this young 21st century. His Christmas album from several years ago is lots of fun. He even takes the Beatles Christmas throw-away, "Christmas Time Is Here Again", that was used for a fan club Christmas record, and turns it into a full-song. On his second E.P. released in 2021, he does a spirited version of "Rock Around The Clock".

I recently picked up the Leon Redbone CD Whistling in the Wind at the library. Ringo joined him on My Little Grass Shack. Pretty cool.

Then how come most of its billionaires are old white males?
In part due to opportunity, in part due to lack of education, in part due to discrimination.

But if we look at China, India, Mexico, Brazil and other faster developing nations, we see many developing billionaires:

China is now at almost the level of the US, and growing much faster, and the greatest growth is happening in India and Brazil.

And of course, many of our old white billionaires are heirs to generations-old fortunes, akin to being born on third base and going through life thinking you're hit a triple, as was once said of George W. Bush. The original quote, though, was from Barry Switzer, the Oklahoma University football coach.
