Yeah I think I need to get some more info from him on this one.. I cant find ANYTHING on it. I have a Polk Audio I-Sonic next to me right now (just arrived last night) and I'm honestly not impressed by HD Radio's sound. Can't find an HD-2 station anywhere either.
Here's the snippet from Jacoby's report:
THE NEWS: 1) HD radio suffers from first-gen. equipment/software failures; 2) XM turns down the power on some of its terrestrial repeaters; 3) SIRI is having difficulty updating some Mazda factory-installed radios; 4) details were released on CCU "blink" pricing; 5) Disney may be favoring a split vs. spin-off of its Disney Radio assets; 6) new Bridge study shows 1 st renewal rate drop below 50% for sat radio; 7)

I see too many of these exciters being tweaked and turned on and off, too often
and the receiver roll out is taking forever. I hope it takes off because of what it can offer but I am a bit concerned by the slow pace of developement.
