Club 9 FM

Does anyone know if Club 9 FM on 92.7,92.5, and 99.9 with Frankie "Hollywood" Rodriguez was a permanent thing or just something for Thanksgiving? I tuned in this evening and did not hear any mixes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Brian

It was too promising for the station so in their infinite wisdom, they cancelled it after the first week. They don't want to draw too much attention to the station because they're "changing radio" over there. LOL

Similiar to the wisdom this week when B 96 is hoping to increase its ratings even more by letting go one of their most popular DJ's in Tim Spinnin' Schommer go. The funny thing is Tim's photo album is still up LOL! I know we disagree sometimes Musiclover, but I always respect you and see your point of view. Thanks for the update.

When the ratings take a serious dive, people lose their jobs. Thats just the way this biz is. Look for new faces to appear at B96 (already including Erika and Showbiz Shelly). The B96 website says that they are recruiting new airstaff.

This is not a time I would want to be an old DJ at B96, or Todd Cavanaugh for that matter. And I'm sure everyone who works there is getting their resume and aircheck out as we speak.
