CLUB 977 ON EAGLE 977 IN DELAWARE

Hi Everyone.

Thought this post might be of interest to people who post in here.

Eagle 977 in Delaware has a dance remix show called Club 977 on a Friday nights from 10pm to 3am (Eastern) & Saturday Midnight Till 3am.

The whole show is a mix with just some station id's, but it sounds really good, I heard a lot of really cool songs on there & i have been listening to it for a few weeks now, so i thought i'd share the joy of something different on the air.

I'm a real dance music fan & i've heard Basshunter, 2-4 Grooves, Ida Corr, September, T2... Etc Etc Last weekend alone, There is some commercial tracks too, but in different mixes.

Have a listen & drop a comment... ;D

Well Kris, trust me it is on the Milford station.

As i've said before i listen to it a lot and love it, No credit to the dj who mixes it though, but one thing it sure sounds good.

I heard a cool mix of Flo-rida (Low)Vs Bob Sinclar last week & a dance mix of the new Mariah carey too :)

Dude, lay off the "Club 97-7" liner! Every two seconds you're playing with the button. Have it running once every 5 mins, and have an Eagle 97.7 liner running every other 5 mins. It sounds amateurish where you hear station/show liners runnig that often. Even the pirate stations in Miami don't go this overboard.
Another thing, that wasn't a remix of Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" - it was a cover version.

Some good Dance music in general, but like I said lay off them damn liners.

Okay, now I'm hearing an atrocious remake of Bon Jovi's "Livin On A Prayer". Dude this is not an "exclusive remix" - it's a remake done in a Handz Up style (popular in Germany, it combines Hardstyle with Euro-Dance).
I hope the music selection gets better soon ::)

Yeah i agree, i heard that bon jovi track.... :'(

Have to say i wasn't happy with that choice, i kind of got the impression the liners appeared on the long breakdowns on the tracks as they are the full length mixes & not edits.

I suffer them though as it's nice to hear some dance on the radio, i take what i can get. ;D

Whatever way you look at it props to eagle for putting some dance on the radio.

I agree with Chrles on every statement, I usually try not to be bitter and negative, but this mixshow just doesnt sound very appealling to me. My Ex girlfriend used to put together better mixshows than this, and BTW, my ex girlfriend Cassie is like a Female version of Jimi Lalumia, she has no label and no talent, and she spams people even after 3 years to play her crappy remake of Lionel Richie-All night long, and all it is was her horrible voice over a generic Break beat Loop. Sorry about being off topic, now back to the sceduled Complaining about Club 977.. And dude, we arent saying this stuff to be mean. Use the constructive critisism to improve the show.... Best of luck to ya Bro. 8)
