I found a clue about the AM data access problems with the new Database Structure. It's at the FCC level.
Some patterns are only displayed as the Augmentation factor. It displays the Augmentation factor as the pattern. At first, I couldn't figure it out, because the pattern displayed was not possible consistent with the Laws of Physics. Then it occurred to me that that was the factor used around the center azimuth and span of the augmentation.
I encountered it on the Day Pattern of WDFN 1130, in trying to explain that it was authorized before the Critical Hours rules were implemented, toward Class A WNEW/WBBR 1130.
