Clyde Scott of Moultrie passed away earlier today from complications of COVID. Clyde was a popular announcer on Roy Dowdy’s country WJAZ in its heyday of the 1970s before he focused on the technical side of the business. Many a South Georgia radio transmitter and studio was installed and serviced by Clyde. Rest In Peace my friend.
