CNN logo looking a little green

CNN has changed the color of their logo to green in preparation for their "Planet In Peril" special that have been promoting non-stop for months.

With the success of "God's Warriors" a few months ago I guess CNN is doing everything they can to get as many viewers as possible.

At first glance, I thought CNN was going the Halloween route with the logo. Then I saw the "Planet in Peril" title and figure it wasn't Halloween-related; unless they plan to scare us with their reports on the planet.

yeah, I thought there was something wrong with my TV screen at first.

Looks like CNN is going the route of their sister stations TBS/TNT with promoting shows on-screen all the time.

But it's confusing somewhat also with the words "Planet in Peril" on the screen while they're talking about other stories.

My first thought was St. Patty's Day must be coming. Until I remembered it is still October!

In any case, I don't like it. They should go back to the RED they've had all these years.
