No, this doesn't make sense the FCC would give an adjacent frequency that close to KOKO 94.3, on top of that what about Co-channel KGEN in Visalia. This has happened before and was later corrected, in the early 90s the FCC allowed 107.3 KMMM to operate in Madera, Transmitter was just west of highway 145 at AVE 7. It instantly caused problems for KMPH (at that time) 107.5 and KAAT 107.1, of course after the problem was realized, KAAT moved to 103.1 and KMMM took over 107.1.
This will effect 94.7 KYAF in Firebaugh as well, especially the weekend Clovis repeater.
